Maths is all kinds of fun for everyone! That’s the message of the Bubblz the Clown team, represented at Tufnell Park School on 3rd December by a clown called Franky. To judge by the pictures, plenty of people agreed with him when he and his balloons took over the school hall for a day-long maths workshop.
The occasion? NSPCC Number Day – and the launch of HSA Learning Treats, which will also be supporting school Maths Week, beginning Monday 3rd February 2014.
- Franky’s ready to roll.
- The audience is agog!
- How many children can you cram into a box?
- That question drives Franky wild!
- More than you can adults, that’s for sure.
- It’s maths! It’s clowning! It couldn’t be more exciting!
- Can he breathe in there?
- Can she?
- There are plenty of points to discuss.
- And now, a construction project.
- Pretty impressive, team!
- Now Franky’s got another problem for you.
- He certainly doesn’t know the answer!
- But they do.
- And they do.
- A lot of wrapt attention in the room – and that’s the whole point.
