Get training – the annual Fun Run is a serious business.

The next HSA event is our third annual Children’s Fun Run – the biggest fundraiser of the year. We’re raising money for a fun, memorable trip for every child in the school and we want your suggestions. The website for donations is already open: click here to visit.

The run is on Thursday 19th and Friday 20th June from 9:00-12:30 each day. Every single class runs and the exact schedule will be published nearer the time. The whole event is organised and run by volunteers: tying numbers onto runners, providing drinks, recording laps and cheering. Please let us know if you can help.

Hot on the Fun Run’s heels comes our 2014 Summer Fair: Saturday 12th July, 2:00-5:00pm. Wild ideas came flooding in for our SEASIDE theme and we will certainly need many hands – in advance and on the day – if we’re going to make them all happen. We’re also on the look-out for tombola prizes, items and experiences for our first-ever silent auction, and donations from local businesses. If you’re an expert blagger or have a skill to sell for a good cause, please get in touch!

Expect a PACT folder letter about the Fair when we all return from the half term holiday.
